Company Care assists workers who have musculoskeletal or neurological injuries by providing functional capacity evaluations plus work hardening and work conditioning services along with education. Company Care's goals are to help individuals reach maximum physical and mental benefit through therapy and to return them to work and their previous lifestyles at a safe level.
Company Care offers an interdisciplinary approach, tailored to the specific needs of the injured individual. Whether the individual is injured at work or at home, our philosophy remains the same: to restore and return him or her to the best physical function and, ultimately, back to work. Our services were designed to optimize the clients' safe working level for the employer and to restore the employability for the employee.
We accomplish our goals through services like evaluations, conditioning, work hardening and education. Plus our shared time component-the opportunity to share time at work and in therapy-is equally beneficial for employers as well as employees. It is a safe way to gradually build up employee functionality restoring their employability and reducing lost work days. During this process we communicate with all parties by documenting essential job functions.
